Annual Health Checks and Vaccinations - Health checks detect problems in the early stages. Please keep your pet up to date with their vaccinations and health checks - they are life savers!

Heartworm kills - heartworm is spread by mosquitoes, so even pets who never leave their back yard are at risk. Our annual heartworm injection and reminder system ensure your pet is always protected.

Intestinal Worming - Veterinary registered wormers - the safest and most effective way of keeping your pet worm free. Worm your pet on the first day of Spring Summer Autumn and Winter.

Stop scratching! - We provide you with the best products and advice for flea and tick control. We only use products that are safe and effective.

Cat and Dog Holidays 

Dogs and cats love to have a holiday with us. Please call in and see for yourself our world class facilities. Advance bookings are essential, especially over Xmas and school holidays.

 

Puppy Pre-School is fun 

Bring your puppy to our puppy pre-school – great fun and a wonderful way to socialise and teach your pup the important lessons for a long and happy life.

Kitten adoption 

We have adorable kittens for adoption - ask Dr David.

 

Consultations and appointments 

Consultations are by prior appointment. However we will always make time for an emergency. Emergencies always have priority and if we are running behind schedule, we will always do our best to let you know why we are running late, and what time delay is expected.

 

Continuity 

We do our best to make your appointment with the vet who has been seeing your pet, but sometimes it is difficult to do that. All our vets work together as a team, so please feel free to see the vet who is rostered on duty. We keep extensive case notes, so continuity of treatment is assured.

Easy Access and Parking 

We provide you with on site parking at our Faulconbridge Hospital, and there are reserved car spaces right in front of our Winmalee Hospital.

Out of Hours Emergencies 

We provide a 24 hour emergency service for registered clients.

Phone 4754 4333 and have pen and paper handy. Sometimes we refer calls to the Baulkham Hills Emergency
